I work with students of all experience levels, from beginners (age 9 and up) to professional ballet dancers and adult ballet enthusiasts.
Ballet coaching involves the following stages:

4. Professional ballet training (skills and techniques correction)
Professional ballet training includes a series of private lessons. We work in classical dance, character dance, historical dance, partnering, acting, and pantomime in ballet.

What can we focus on during training?
1. Development of classical dance technique (coordination of arm and leg movements, mastering turns, jumps, pointe work, and endurance)

2. Development of character dance technique (coordination of arm and leg movements, developing a sense of national dance style, movement technique, and repertoire)

3. Development of historical dance technique (coordination of arm and leg movements, developing a sense of style and proper execution of historical dances and dance techniques)

4. Development of partnering technique (mastering support techniques in pairs)

5. Development of acting and pantomime (using ballet repertoire to enhance expressiveness, overcome emotional blocks and stage fright, and develop clarity and expressiveness in stage gestures)

6. Preparation for competition performances (selecting suitable repertoire for the competition, learning the sequence of movements for variations, duets, and ensembles, perfecting execution, and developing technique according to competition requirements, working on musicality, artistry, and expressiveness)

7. Preparation for auditions for ballet schools and colleges (discussing school requirements, choosing repertoire, and working on execution technique)

8. Choreographing individual or group pieces (using classical, character, or historical dance techniques)
