My journey in education began in 1980 when I started first grade at General Education School No. 13 in Donetsk. At the same time, I began studying classical dance at the Donetsk Children’s Choreographic School, where my first teacher was the director of the school, former ballet artist of the Donetsk Opera and Ballet Theater (now Donbass Opera) — Vladimir Alexandrovich Skryobov.
In June 1983, I passed the entrance exams to the Kyiv State Choreographic School, and in August to the Leningrad State Choreographic School named after A.Ya. Vaganova. Of course, at that time, I could not know that my life for the next 30 years would be connected with this educational institution. The Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet is one of the oldest ballet schools in the world, closely associated with the heyday and worldwide recognition of the Russian ballet school. It is located in the center of St. Petersburg, on Zodchego Rossi Street. The name of Agrippina Vaganova — a ballet artist, ballet master, and educator, the founder of the theory of Russian classical ballet — was given to the educational institution in 1957.
In 1991, I graduated from the Academy with a degree in «ballet artist» and started working at the Mariinsky Theater 1991 graduates list. From 1995 to 2000, I studied at the Academy specializing in «History and Theory of Choreographic Art» (qualification: ballet historian, researcher, teacher).
In 2009, I defended my dissertation at the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen in the field of General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education.
From 2014 to 2017, I studied for a bachelor’s degree at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and at the Institute of Practical Psychology and Psychoanalysis (programs: psychological counseling, psycho-correction, psychotherapy; clinical psychology; basics of child psychoanalysis; play therapy, child-centered therapy; transgenerational transmission of psychological trauma).
Мое образовательное путешествие началось в 1980 году, когда я поступил в первый класс общеобразовательной школы № 13 в Донецке. В это же время я начал изучать классический танец в Донецкой детской хореографической школе, где моим первым педагогом был директор школы, бывший артист балета Донецкого театра оперы и балета (ныне Донбасс Опера) — Владимир Александрович Скребов.
В июне 1983 года я успешно сдал вступительные экзамены в Киевское государственное хореографическое училище, а в августе поступил в Ленинградское государственное хореографическое училище имени А.Я. Вагановой. Конечно, в то время я не мог знать, что моя жизнь на следующие 30 лет будет связана с этим учебным заведением. Академия русского балета имени А.Я. Вагановой — одна из старейших балетных школ в мире, тесно связанная с расцветом и всемирным признанием русской балетной школы. Она расположена в центре Санкт-Петербурга, на улице Зодчего Росси. Имя Агриппины Вагановой — артистки балета, балетмейстера и педагога, основателя теории русского классического балета — было присвоено учебному заведению в 1957 году.
В 1991 году я окончил академию по специальности «артист балета» и начал работать в Мариинском театре.
С 1995 по 2000 годы я обучался в академии по специальности «История и теория хореографического искусства» (квалификация: историк балета, исследователь, педагог).
В 2009 году я защитил кандидатскую диссертацию в Российском государственном педагогическом университете имени А.И. Герцена по направлению «Общая педагогика, история педагогики и образования».
С 2014 по 2022 годы я обучался на различных программах психологической направленности: в Московском институте психоанализа, в Институте практической психологии и психоанализа, в Школе практического психоанализа (Н. Майн). Программы, которые я закончил: Психологическое консультирование, психокоррекция, психотерапия; Клиническая психология; Основы детского психоанализа; Игровая терапия, центрированная на ребенке; Трансгенерационная передача психической травмы).
