DanceHelp is a leading Russian web portal for dance education, established by the renowned manager and producer Elena Panasenko. It offers self-learning modules and individual online classes customized for various areas, topics, and age groups. The portal focuses mainly on academic disciplines, including children’s, classical, folk, and contemporary dance. It provides instruction on dance methodology, technique, and choreographic structure. Every year, the company hosts Dancehelpfest, a festival featuring live master classes held in Moscow.
For many years, I have been an expert with DanceHelp, focusing on ballet pedagogy and psychology. Our collaboration has led to the following outcomes:

- A series of webinars on providing psychological support in choreography training.
